I already download my owwa mobile apps and i already register for owwa acct. apps said wait for the email to confirm my registration. But till now no email come yet
Force closed OWWA apps
Nag force closed owwa apps nyo pag-click ng membership renewal. Million ang pundo da man lng maayos ang owwa apps.
It crashes
I want to renew the membership and every time i have to click on accepting terms it crashes and goes out if the application. Uninstalled many times and installed back, still the same thing. How do we expect to use an application if it doesn’t work and recommended to pay online where the application itself crashes. Do something in this.

i am an ofw i just wondered and confused right now coz it say i dont have owwa account upon registration of my name in this app..why is that so??how this is that i dont have an owwa account🤔🤔

Paid for nothing
I paid my membership renewal through this app. I was directed to pay through online banking which is in the option by the use of RCBC mobile banking which fortunately that I have. My payment was successfully processed and received a receipt from RCBC. Yet after a week has been passed unfortunately my status in Owwa App was that remain “Inactive”. Could anyone help me about this? Thanks

The app does not apply for first time OFWs since it will not allow them to register even if they have OEC showing that the OWWA Membership was paid

What’s the app for?
How much OFW money was spent on this app? My stored personal info is wrong even after 12 years of properly filling out forms and constantly paying every 2 years. Showing wrong gender and there’s no option to correct it in the app. Beneficiary details were not stored either. Secondly, my membership validity shows ended 2015 though I paid both in 2015 & in 2017. Thirdly, every time I click on Renew membership, the app crashes. When can we expect a properly working app?

Useless yung apps nyo. Hindi man maopen ang information. Nais kong mag inquire sa mga possibleng benepisyo pero yung reply no valid email daw eh email ko ginamit ng magpalit ako ng password. Paki ayos naman po.
