It doesn’t work
Cannot submit - just hangs - I have reinstalled it 3 times- still unable to submit- also, never recent email to confirm my email address, so I can’t even login.
Drug dealer
There is a big drug dealer at the 300 block of Bard Rd. He is making a lot of money. He recently bought 2 Dodge cars 1 is a blue challenger. The 2nd one is a black dodge I was told it a $89,00 car. Both cars are loud. He use to have people stop buy his house and he would come out and I would witness him putting is hand in the car then bring his hand outvand put it on n his pocket. He doesn’t do that anymore he delivers now. And you would be able to pull him over and bust him. He is delivering the drugs now. And both cars are loud and annoying. He leaves and rev the motor real loud. It’s of oxnard has codes on loud cars. Please do something about this dealer. I’ve lived here for 30 years I remember him selling drugs for years. Please! Please!

App won’t let me submit anything.
Used to work fine
I used this app a few times but now some pages won’t load and others are really slow. Please fix.
Needs a lot of work
This app has too many glitches. There’s an issue with the text loading on the top so you can’t see the next and back buttons. There’s constant issues with it functioning & it won’t let you submit things. Oxnard PD takes weeks almost months to respond to anything submitted through the app. Tree trimming request are a 9-12 month wait, how ridiculous. Especially for those that own homes and pay property taxes here. The only thing they’re actually good at is getting to the graffiti request. Veronica deserves a raise. Other than that this app is trash.

In the 6 years that Oxnard 311 has been available, we have experiences less than 5 of these technical issue events. I hope that you will try the Oxnard 311 app again and have a better experience.
