Great tool for home support

My son has had pneumonia twice this year. This app gives me the ability to keep an eye on his oxygen level for extended periods of time to be able to catch illnesses early!! I have checked it against a traditional fingertip pulse ox and get similar results so I am confident in the reading I see. Really a great addition to our home care capabilities!

Keeps crashing and opening with white screen

Works well when the app runs correctly.

I wish there was a way to combine results or crop results. The monitor falls off my son or the power button gets pressed at night and although we reset it, we end up with a bunch of different results because of it.

OxyKnight program

Oximeter works fine. Tried many times to activate program. When I try to start the program it tells me I already have activated the program. When I try to log on it tells me that I have not activated the program. Even tried changing email accounts, deleting and reinstalling the program. Nothing seems to work. Tried to call the company. The person handling this issue was out. No return call.

Most accurate and responsive

Pros:
I can finally nap when monitoring vitals for my asthma kiddos when sick.
Soft, comfortable materials.
More accurate and responsive to changes in oxygen n heart rate than our other finger stick pulse oximeters.
Affordable option compared to DME.

Cons:
Strap loose on my 6-yr old’s wrist.
Alarm will wake me if vitals go beyond parameters, even briefly.
App must be running for alarms to notify me.
No tracking, to log numbers I’ve had to take screen shots
