Scanning Ease

Really happy with the ease of scanning patrons in for event. If they don’t have barcode ready, can easily search via name and check in manually. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars - would like to see seat number displayed for reserved tickets. Otherwise works so great, quickest time yet getting patrons in our theatre!

Tried to use Oztix to buy tickets and ended up missing one on tickets and lost $585

Oztix app is not for patrons

This app is only for venues to check patrons in to events and not for patrons to purchase and/or download tickets.

Same issue - a year later

Amazing to read that the exact same issue occurs on Oztix website and app as was reported a year by another user. Says plenty about the interest in customer service at Oztix that in 12 months the issue still isn’t fixed.
