Just downloaded this and every single charging station in the Melbourne CBD is showing as “offline”. So what’s the point???

I was charged 4 times for using it once.
They won’t reply to my correspondence.

Didn’t end correctly
Returned the power bank walked away, only to check the app half hour later to say session ongoing, went back and moved it around another 2 slots meaning I was charged an extra half hour for the time it didn’t register. Needs better indication as to when it is returned.
The only phone charging app in Australia!
Ezycharge is the best in Australia and the app shows me when I’m out and about where to find a charger close to me had saved me quite a few times on the road!
Overcharged
It says 7.50 an hour and I returned after half an hour to be charged the same amount if I had known this would have just waited longer
