I joined P&N, when my previous bank, stopped giving me good service. I set up my account, and had a fully functioning Visa card, in minutes. The range of services available on the app are incredible. It’s easy to use, and if I’m having trouble, I can contact the bank, and all is well. Best financial decision I ever made.

Needs some improvement
The app is pretty good. Not as good as the Bankwest app before the commonwealth bank disaster. Anyways…
Can you please make the app work outside of Australia. Some of us do travel. When the app detects your location is not in Australia it stops working and won’t let you log in. Please fix that.

This app is easy to use plus I have complete control over my finances. Unlike the Commonwealth Bank, this bank does not interfere with your finances.

Best app ever! It is easy to use. Does exactly what it is meant to do. I love that I am not tethered to my laptop and can use it when I am out and about.

I rarely have any issues with their App, and if the App has been problematic on the odd occasion staff have been excellent in finding alternative solutions to resolve the problem.
Experienced login issue while overseas
Easy enough use while in Aus. However, I was not able to login to the app while on a trip overseas. Kept getting an error. Ended up using the online banking method to transfer funds for local expenses while I was abroad.
