After being with many banks and many Apps, I can honestly say this is the best. Ease of use and navigation, all my info is where I need it and support too. 5 Stars P&N, awesome app.
Has Basic banking functions
This app is fine for checking balances and making payments. It could be improved with functions such as adding notes, tags or categories to transactions. (I have tried Frollo but it gets vendor names wrong too often, let alone categories.)

Absolutely user friendly. Just brilliant. However the tellers are just perfect. I love coming into the Booragoon branch. They are sooo kind friendly and welcoming. The wealth of experience and knowledge I am very appreciative of and glad I chose this branch. Keep up the great work ladies it’s a pleasure banking with you.

Ruining my Life
The fraud protections are outrageously sensitive and will freeze cards and accounts Willy nilly leaving me high and dry usually at closing time or last minute bookings. It’s so bad that it’s going to force me to leave. That’s a shame because aside from this, I like the bank and the prompt customer service, plenty of branches, and general ease of use. This issue has the potential to ruin what’s been built up as a great business. Please, management of PN, sort this one out.

Half of the functions no longer work after the crash and if you reload it some of them come back. Still many functions don’t work.
