Prépaiement trompeur!
On peut « prépayer », mais l’app nous fait payer pour les minutes en prépaiement. Pas exemple, pojr jne place qu’on voudrait payer à 8h30, l’app permet de prépayer, mais c’est le plein montant et la durée de sera de 8h30 à 10h30. Bref, on doit payer pour une période gratuite, et on n’a pas le plein 2h qui devrait être de 9h à 11h. C’est du vol.

Si vous êtes touristes avec une carte SIM de votre pays ayant un forfait internet au Canada, l’application fonctionne pas “pour des raisons de sécurité”. Dans bcp d’autres pays, une connexion internet est la seule chose nécessaire. Ici, il faut un numéro local. Ancien…

Helpful app but It will be great if you add a feature that shows me the directions back to the parking spot.
App is too crude for our times
The app does not show the parking restrictions for any day beyond today. This resulted in a big fine for me because I couldn’t see the parking restrictions for monday morning on late sunday night. This is a sly way of fining people who want to stay on the right side of the law and pay parking fees. Disappointing, as I am a tourist and may not be aware of restrictions so well. Note that there weren’t any apparent signs on the road as well.

Great app; wish it would have warned about street sweeping… it’s on the sign but still… you’ve got to be very careful…

Works well. Would be great to have a “extend” option, right now if you take 1h with 1h remaining, it just overlap so it’s not good. Ideal would be to be able to see how much time is remaining and quickly extend from Apple Watch or Lock Screen.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, il est impossible de payer pour la journée avant 9am via l’application, ça fonctionne à la borne. Avant 9:00, l’application limite à 2 heures.
Confusing for first-time users
After installing the app the user has two choices: enter a NIP or reset a NIP. There is nothing for new users, such as ‘Get Started’. Instead, you have to figure out that you need to reset the NIP to create a NIP for the first time. Worse, when you reset your NIP, the first thing the app does is demand your credit card information, which is disconcerting. I had to go back and double check that I had installed a legitimate app and not some hacker’s. That wasted a lot of time, and I almost decided to just delete the app.

Bug fixes broke the app
After the update, my credit card was rejected and it won’t accept it when I try and re-enter the information. It gets hung up infinitely.

1.There’s no option to withdraw your money if you cancel earlier (like in other cities). 2. It used to give you at least 1 extra minute once you pay. Now it gives you less time than what you paid for.
Not what i was looking for
I’m looking for an app like Spot Hero that finds the best parking (location, price) for you ahead of time. This app definitely does not do that.
