I ordered the same meal I get every day through the app again tonight, and when I went to pick it up, they told me someone else had already taken it. I told them I ordered it through the app and that I come here every day to pick it up myself, but they don’t understand. They won’t refund my money either. There’s nothing on the app about canceling the order. I’m going to cancel my subscription and delete the app. I won’t I won’t shop from this brand again—customer satisfaction doesn’t matter to them.

The best
I’m not a big fast food guy I always go to little higher and type burger spots, but Pete Terry’s has certainly changed my mind. Not only is the food extremely fresh and simple in a good way, but it is extremely affordable. And I must add, the staff there is awesome. I’ve been there over 25 times and every single time I get a great staff person.

No way to correct order
Was out of an item when we picked up order and was told I had to use the app to get refunded as they couldn’t correct the order. But there is no way to do that in the app. Or communicate in any way. Will never use the app again.
G.O.A.T. of burgers
I feel as if words cannot do justice to the experience of a fresh pterrys burger, and this app is a gateway to this experience. Any app that may connect one to a pterrys burger is deserving of a 5 star review.
Delays + No Support
Multiple times there must have been some disconnect with the 3rd part delivery service because it would take 3x longer to get delivered than quoted. And by that time the food is cold.
The app says to contact the store with issues, but if you try, you mostly get infinite rings with no one picking up. If someone finally does pick up, they tell you there’s nothing they can do to help you.

I wish I could rate this app higher because I love P. Terry’s but their payment processing doesn’t work and they cancel my orders.

I love P Terrys!! Food is 5 stars every time. But the app shows no mobile ordering often lately and there’s no rewards. As a loyal customer, I would love to feel rewarded back!

I adore P. Terry’s and will literally fight anyone who says there are better fast food fries on the planet. But the app is useless. I eat there 2x a week and would go twice as often if the app was better — mainly I’d need a rewards program and an option to pick up in the drive thru. Food apps exist to save time and accumulate points, neither of which I can do with this app, so alas I end up at ChickFikA or Starbucks — just can’t pass up the points or the saved time when I’m ducking out at lunch. Also I don’t know why but man PT messes up orders more than anyone else by a landslide. But LOVE the food — esp the healthy grilled chicken option!!

I pulled up to the store and it had a super long line. It was a long wait, but it wasn’t that bad. However I got my bag, AND IT HAD NOT EVEN HALF THE ORDER. AND I STILL PAID FULL PRICE. 😢😢😢
Great food, unusable app
I tried to order ahead through the app but it said online ordering was not available at my location. Tried another location and same error. Then I realized every location on the list near me said that they can’t do online ordering. So the app is pointless?
Twice in a row?
I picked up my order tonight and when I got home, the fries weren’t there. This is the second time in a row my order was incorrect. So there is obviously a problem with the staff paying attention and possibly management that isn’t watching its employees. Though I like P Terry’s burgers, the service is lacking. To their credit they did throw a chocolate cookie in the bag for my inconvenience.

Missing most basic function
Downloaded the app. Had to search the menu for the ‘sign in / create account’ menu item. Going there leads only to a sign in page with no create account option. Tried signing in to see if it generated a create account option. No luck.
Never Order Delivery
Pickup is fine but delivery will never get to you. It went from DoorDash to uber eats to never arriving at all. There is no customer service option, only calling the store and the store has nothing to do with the deliveries once the store confirms it was picked up. No refunds available, and two hours of my time I won’t be able to get back over some cheap burgers.

Please add some things
It’s great that you just added Apple Pay, but I’d love to be able to use the app to order breakfast. There is no option to add extra egg which I will continue to order at the drive thru I suppose until it’s added to online ordering. Thanks for considering!
It’s slower to order through the app than to go in person
They don’t really know how to prioritize disorder, so it literally comes out slower than every other line. Can’t tell if my food was actually made fresh or not so I had them remake it immediately deleted the app. Don’t waste your time. They don’t compensate.
No way to get a hold of a store when they leave half your order out
I love PTerrys and I was excited for a way to order their food directly but if you get it delivered, beware there’s no actual way to report that half your order is missing. And if you try to call the store which is the only way to correct their issue, the line is forever busy as if someone took the phone off the hook. This makes me not want to order from them ever again. It’s a crappy way to do business. All other ordering apps allow you to report if something is wrong with your order. Do better. I’m super disappointed.

Something is Wrong Error Validating Basket
This error is on the website as well as the app. There’s no getting passed it. I’ve logged in, was thorough about putting my correct address, my speeds are fine, my iOS is up to date. The website gives the same error seven after logging in. Am I missing something? What else needs to be validated? What can we click on to validate our order because the pop up sign saying the order isn't validated is not clickable.
