Seriously?
I have never left a 1 star review on an app before. I order on the app after a long day at work and notice it has a section to reorder what I’ve ordered before. I click to order the chicken burgers I normally order which goes directly to cart. Any reasonable human being would think that this is the EXACT burger I’ve ordered before. But instead, it’s the default chicken burger which has mayo which I despise and genuinely find inedible. I drive home and spit out my burger at the first bite and now I’m here at 3 AM eating a chicken patty that I’ve ran under water in the sink to get rid of the mayo. Infuriating.

Good food, app needs work
Pterry’s is a go-to for us and one of the few fast food places we eat at. However at this time it is best to go in person or use another app to order. There is currently no easy way to report an issue such as missing or incorrect items, let alone receive a refund. This is especially a problem if getting drinks or shakes, as they do not bundle the items together to ensure full delivery, so no way to tell if the shake was never picked up with the food or if it was but the driver kept it. They also farm delivery out to Uber, but without delivery instructions so I’ve had to guide every single one down my street, thru my complex, to my door. I have also had the app spend a few weeks suddenly refusing to recognize addresses as valid, making it impossible to order at all. There are often nice deals thru the app but honestly the bugs, missing functionality, and delivery issues makes it difficult to keep using it.

Terrible App for Amazing Business
Love P Terry’s but really wish they would invest a little more into the app experience. So slow and really just frustrating experience. Lag and crashes consistently. Doesn’t load. Needs a reward system or improvement.

Garbage quality app with no rewards and no deals
I love P. Terry's food. I go to the restaurant every week but their mobile app is just straight up garbage. The interface is slow and feels very dated. What is the point of ordering on a mobile app with no rewards program and no deals? It feels bad quality and completely worse than any other fast food app. I hope they take these 1 star reviews seriously and just completely rebuild a new app so that it competes with other restaurants, rewards programs + deals / coupons.

I log in with my email and then it doesn’t let me put my phone number to order says in have to use the the email either the number which is the one I’m using
App not reliable
The app has stopped working reliably the last couple of weeks. It hangs on a screen or always go back to the pick a location screen I have to delete the app and then reinstall it and then it works for a couple days before flaking out again.
Love P Terrys. Not the app.
P Terry’s is painfully behind just about every fast food chain when it comes to the app and experience. There’s no reward program. The ability to add modifiers is limited and the restaurants aren’t setup in a logical way to support how modern customers are ordering and getting their orders.

This ride employees at P. Terry's Burger Stand #36 - Gleannloch was very disrespectful towards me and another employee. Please do something about this. She also got my order wrong and I never got the rest of the stuff that was missing.

I ordered the same meal I get every day through the app again tonight, and when I went to pick it up, they told me someone else had already taken it. I told them I ordered it through the app and that I come here every day to pick it up myself, but they don’t understand. They won’t refund my money either. There’s nothing on the app about canceling the order. I’m going to cancel my subscription and delete the app. I won’t I won’t shop from this brand again—customer satisfaction doesn’t matter to them.

The best
I’m not a big fast food guy I always go to little higher and type burger spots, but Pete Terry’s has certainly changed my mind. Not only is the food extremely fresh and simple in a good way, but it is extremely affordable. And I must add, the staff there is awesome. I’ve been there over 25 times and every single time I get a great staff person.

No way to correct order
Was out of an item when we picked up order and was told I had to use the app to get refunded as they couldn’t correct the order. But there is no way to do that in the app. Or communicate in any way. Will never use the app again.
G.O.A.T. of burgers
I feel as if words cannot do justice to the experience of a fresh pterrys burger, and this app is a gateway to this experience. Any app that may connect one to a pterrys burger is deserving of a 5 star review.
Delays + No Support
Multiple times there must have been some disconnect with the 3rd part delivery service because it would take 3x longer to get delivered than quoted. And by that time the food is cold.
The app says to contact the store with issues, but if you try, you mostly get infinite rings with no one picking up. If someone finally does pick up, they tell you there’s nothing they can do to help you.

I wish I could rate this app higher because I love P. Terry’s but their payment processing doesn’t work and they cancel my orders.

I love P Terrys!! Food is 5 stars every time. But the app shows no mobile ordering often lately and there’s no rewards. As a loyal customer, I would love to feel rewarded back!

No Rewards, No Drive-Thru, Clunky Process
I adore P. Terry’s and will literally fight anyone who says there are better fast food fries on the planet. But the app is useless. I eat there 2x a week and would go twice as often if the app was better — mainly I’d need a rewards program and an option to pick up in the drive thru. Food apps exist to save time and accumulate points, neither of which I can do with this app, so alas I end up at ChickFikA or Starbucks — just can’t pass up the points or the saved time when I’m ducking out at lunch. Also I don’t know why but man PT messes up orders more than anyone else by a landslide. But LOVE the food — esp the healthy grilled chicken option!!
