VERY BAD
The app always have a different issue. You are essentially paying for an app that should be free. Every time I raise problems with different issues they reply it’s a bug ans they will investigate. But it’s every week a different glitch. Once you are a client it’s not easy to move your patients to other app so be careful. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone

Absolutely horrendous
Today the app has frozen at every medical history, every treatment note, it has wiped treatment notes and consent forms, it won’t allow for any photo uploads. How can a medical software not allow records to be uploaded? Special shout out to Kyle from support who was completely rude and unhelpful.

This is app is so truly terrible it is literally not fit for purpose. It loses client records, wipes medical histories, is currently not letting me upload photos so we are all vulnerable to a medicolegal nightmare if we were to have a complaint.
After months of wasting hours each day due to how extortionately slow it is and how full of bugs it is we are giving up and moving companies. Pabau you are truly rubbish.

Suboptimal
Downloaded and its not working , spoke to support and they told me to write a review here
The team who like to brake things is on a mission to destroy the app.
Let’s roll out a beta, better yet we will just force everyone to use a broken app and then gaslight the teams for poor work, and then continue paying for it.

So many bugs and poor customer support
Every week there is a new bug. This week, I can’t access any patient documents. They all say ‘Not Found’ even though I can find them fine on the browser version. I try to log a ticket, but it says that my email and password are not recognised even though I’m requesting the support through the app I am logged into. Really poor

Poor Interface with Reports
One of the better benefits of the previous version was the availability of reports for quickly looking at various categories like Finance based on the desktop version. The new app seems to have completely destroyed this with a very painful and clunky service making reports difficult to generate and read. Don’t understand why you launch a new app until you have fully tested the functions ensuring they have a decent user interface and actually provide useful and complete information.

Easy to manage my practice and access records on the go. With the new update, I can now even take payments through the app. Love it!

Update to Pabau Go doesn’t work!
Got an email that the app has been updated to “pabau go”. Blindly trusted this, updated the app, relogged back in to it and immediately get the error message “please update Pabau app”. Went back into the App Store, but no further updates available. Pabau quality is getting worse not better. There was nothing wrong with the app before. And now nothing works. It’s typical, they don’t test their product at all when they make any changes, you can’t trust when they say something is ready, it simply never works. Been with them for 5 painful years but this is the end.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The worst software out there!!! They are scammers. They have had to delete their trustpilot because of the bad reviews they had. So someone created one on their behalf and the reviews are not shocking at all. Avoid these scammers at all cost

Poor system - slow and glitchy. I had to ask them 6 times to cancel my subscription and threaten them before they actually did it. Don’t fall for the ‘full money back guarantee’ if cancelled within 30 days because they keep giving you the sales pitch to try and get you to stay. The sign up fees are extortionate and unnecessary. I still haven’t had the subscription fee back. The lack of transparency about their prices was a red flag I ignored at my peril.

Disastrous
Full of glitches and slow to remedy any issues in which there are enormous numbers of. No actual support line and without disclosing it properly they take extortionate fees on top of stripe fees for every deposit or payment taken through their platform.
If you want to run a functional business I would not recommend this CRM.

Lacking USA support
I don’t know how the UK is but I can tell you that they are really lacking support for US users. I love all the features but ever since they move to a newer version everything is not working smoothly. I am seeing so many technical errors and I can’t even talk to a person. I have to email back and forth not getting any solution from them. I have to figure out everything myself. I just want to cry with business being so busy and now I have to worry about this. I don’t even know where to start but there’s 100 things that’s now working right. So embarrassing for the clients. Email is not working. Invoice is not working. Services is not working properly. To name e few! I was content and happy with Pabau classic and pabau 2 looks pretty good but there’s just too many things not working right.
