Going to return product because of app
Cannot connect to wifi no matter what you do. So now I'm going to return it and buy a different brand.
Download the Smart Life or Tuya app instead
This app is... Well, not so great. But the appliances work and the IOT SDK they used works well with SmartLife and TuyaSmart.

like everyone else has said. You would think the company would have come up with a solution by now for how expensive the units are!
It never worked
I’m disappointed in WiFi function. Keep room cool but WiFi doesn’t work at all. It has never worked on any level. False advertising at its best.

Crappy app
Followed instructions and app won’t connect to wifi...nice try!! One major reason we purchased this model was because of the technology. Perhaps don’t advertise your unit has options..but don’t work.

App Doesn’t Work
Every time I try to connect to my WiFi network the app crashes. Basic functions just don’t work. Very poor phone app, but device works with the remote.

Garbage app
Don’t have the remote so this app is the only way to turn on the device and change anything. The buttons on the machine have never worked, which is extremely annoying for something you spend a few hundred dollars on. This app crashes every time it is opened. Have deleted and downloaded fresh with the same results.

I am somewhat “tech savvy” and have never been able to connect to my Delonghi AC because the button does nothing on my unit. The unit works just does not have the WiFi option working for some reason. Went online and found that a lot of people have this problem. Do I take it back? What’s the point. I just wish companies would stand behind their products like they did in the 90’s.

Apple should pull this application since there is no relative support and the product does not work a total of 1 .6 stars has to be a message.

No matter how many times I try I can't get this piece of crap app to connect to my wifi. Maybe try making an app that actually works then release it to the public.

I have been trying to connect the wifi to the app for 2 days. It won't ever connect. I bought this air conditioner specifically for the technology. Unfortunately it's faulty.

NEVER WORKS
This app only works while im in my home... but the whole point was to be able to turn on the ac while im on my way home from work or something.... it never works remotely only locally... buyer beware!
