Useless
This app takes forever to load benefits—and that’s when it doesn’t just straight up error out altogether. All of their “bug fix” updates either fail to fix the actual bugs or break it worse in new ways too.

Every time I have logged into this app, nothing ever actually loads - specifically the “benefits” pages.

Not loading
The app used to work great before but for the past few weeks nothing loads. I can login but when I click on my benefits it just keeps spinning and doesn’t load. Fix this problem please.

Doesn’t load claims or benefits
I’m not sure if this was a recent update - for the past couple of weeks this app no longer loads my claims or benefits, it sucks! Now I have to login in on my laptop to see my recent claims & funds left on my benefits! I’ve checked if any updates are available to get rid of this glitch but apparently my app is up-to-date. Can somebody please look at this! Thank you.

Bugs, no fixes
I haven’t been able to see my benefits for 3 weeks. Apparently they are working on solving the issue. That’s a loooong time to fix a bug!
Terrible
App won’t show me any of my benefits. Keeps telling me that there is a bad connection even with full 5g coverage and full WiFi bars.
Won’t Load
It keeps loading indefinitely and doesn’t work. Haven’t been able to check my benefits or claims.
Personal benefit unviewable
I tried multiple times to login at different times of the day to view what benefits I am entitled to and I can’t access it. It just goes in a circle then I get an error message to try again. It is frustrating I am unable to access my benefits.
This app never wants to work
This is the worse app. It should not be searching and searching it should just load. This app has not worked properly from the first time I loaded it.

The benefits module is not working, I cannot view it’s only loading
Great when it works. But often doesn’t work.
Recently the app just spins while trying to load my benefits and claims. And eventually times out not being table to reach the network.

The app used to be good but over the past year I can hardly check my benefits because it keeps showing the loading icon and keeps rotating forever. So, I eventually have to exit the app without checking my benefits. Pls. Fix this issue.
App broken
Was working well but broken after update. Benefits not showing anything. Still stuck on loading.

This app is atrocious. It doesn't accept your password even if you absolutely have it correct and it's been months and my claim still hasn't been approved.
Update Broke the App
Not sure what the insistence is on “fixing” things that aren't broken. Prior to the update it was working perfectly. Now you can't check any of your benefits because it wont load. Its also much slower and glitchy in general even the claim submission.
Needs updating WAY too much
Every other time I want to use the app it says it needs to be updated. Like wtf?

the app has had technical issues for the past month or so where the claims and benefits summary does not load. i’ve emailed their customer support directly and they advised they’re aware of the issue but still no fix or communication on what they’re doing??? this app is useless right now
