App doesn’t allow hands-free delivery
The doorbell is rung every time even if the instruction says not to! Room mates have work schedules and this wakes them up. Really upsetting.
Make pickup easier
The SMS and even the order history in the app don’t show your name. The person at the pickup window always gives me a hard time to show them who the order is for alongside the order but it’s not presented in a way that makes pickup easy
Don’t do delivery
Your order will arrive e 30-45 minutes after it’s prepared because the DoorDash drivers pick up more than one order so it arrives cold.
Not my favorite app
There is no way to cancel an order once it is placed.
It seems that it is very complicated when you try to place an order, it isn’t user friendly.
I also don’t get notification until after I get my order that my order is ready. The instructions that I put on the order the kitchen doesn’t always follow it.

Make it easier to select a pickup time
It’s not very obvious how to change the pickup time. When confirming the order there should be an option to choose when to pick it up. I called the restaurant immediately after placing my order to tell them I wanted to pick it up later, but it was too late. The kitchen had already begun to prepare it.
