Doesn’t work

I downloaded the app using the instructions from the website. I was logged into the website so I know I had the correct username and password. When I tried to set it up, the app said my information was wrong, try again or contact support. I tried again. Same issue. I clicked on “contact support “. It said “Contact support is not supported on your device “. I have an iPhone. If it isn’t supported on this device, which one is it supported on?
I called support. They said: hmmm. I don’t know why it doesn’t work. They checked with someone else who said I should delete the app, reinstall it and try again. I did. Same issue. So I deleted the app again. I won’t be reinstalling it.
