SCAM
I downloaded the app. Put my info in to pay for the monthly subscription and they charged me $468. I have to cancel my credit card now
app barely works
the information and doula services are great. but the app barely works. it logs you out every time. it is currently showing me a completely blank white screen. i was supposed to start a virtual appointment 20 minutes ago.

Advice good; app bad
This has no bearing on the quality of the support offered, but this app is practically non-functional. From getting temporarily locked out of my account to being told I used up an appointment slot that never occurred, I could go on for paragraphs about all the ways my user experience have been extremely frustrating. Iβm very appreciative to connect with providers but having to jump through this many hoops to reach them makes it almost not worth it.

I thought I had seen it all with my first bf experience but my second really gave me a run for my money. Pacy was here to help- live help around the clock! These LCs should be getting paid just as well as full time nurses and doctors!

Pacify is so convenient for me
My baby growing slow after 6months old. I was concerned about my breastfeeding is not enough for her. The lady who answered my questions was so professional. I love to using pacify app while I have questions about my baby. It saves my time to figure out my confusing things about breastfeeding. It helps me a lot.

Iβm very glad they have an app like this because itβs a fast and convenient way to make sure you know any information at any moment just on your phone . No long ER waits for a question , no making appointments for questions , etc this is a very smart idea . Love it !
I thought this was the AARP app
A nice young man told me to download this app so I could get discounts on a Hertz rental car so my husband and I could save a few dollars for our trip to the Catskills. Instead, when I opened this app, I found that itβs for new parents. My youngest son is 34 years old! The worst part is the hubby caught me looking at the app and now thinks I want to have another kid! Iβm not going to tell him that is not physically possible (mainly because this is the most interest heβs shown in me for the past 30 years). So I guess I should thank Pacify (and that young man who I now think was βtrollingβ me) for rekindling this marriage! 5 stars!

Incredible LC support
As a first time mom navigating the challenges of breastfeeding, the pacify app has been one of my greatest resources. The ability to quickly speak to a lactation consultant is invaluable. In order to connect with someone through my hospital or doctors office or LC group, the process is always such a pain, but pacify allows you to have someone virtually on call anytime you need help. Iβve been able to quickly ask about latch issues, get advice for pumping, and just talk though changes in breastfeeding.
