Great idea in theory

I purchased the premium app. I have tried to access the information multiple times but it always freezes at the making your list and never goes any further. I tried to contact support but that also went nowhere. I am using an iPhone 14 and the latest generation iPhone Air.

Lost all my previous stored trips

As I was importing my upcoming trip from trip it, PackPoint kept quitting at the start. Had to purchase the premium version in order to open it. The last rev versions mentions that the bug I got was fixed but it is not true.

I upgraded to Premium

I just upgraded to premium and now have two apps. The old app with all my packing lists and trips and the new premium app with nothing in it! Surely the upgrade should just unlock the premium features in the old app and I should retain all my old customisations and data. Did I do something wrong?

Doesn’t allow new types of trips to be added and doesn’t create a packing list as promised

Sent an email for assistance with these issues and nobody got back to me. Thus, do not recommend this app.

Is this a scam, or dead app

Paid $2.99. App hangs on iPhone 15 Pro at the generating pack list stage. Asking for help leads to a site that says it’s not active. Took the payment for the app immediately, but this is non-functional.

This app is not forgiving, has no way to edit item names. Waste of time and money.

Dated, clunky

Looks like this was written for the iPhone 5 or 6… text entry and graphics are low quality, and there are minimal options and features for customization of your travel plans which generate the packing lists. Not worth the price of the app.

Not working

Bought the app, input a sample 1 week trip to London. It does nothing except say gathering weather data. A disappointing start!

Not going well

Put in destination, date, activity but the app didn’t get past “packing list is being generated”. Terribly disappointing. Just wasted my money $$
