Great idea in theory

I purchased the premium app. I have tried to access the information multiple times but it always freezes at the making your list and never goes any further. I tried to contact support but that also went nowhere. I am using an iPhone 14 and the latest generation iPhone Air.

What the heck is wrong

Several important trips the app crashes and just spins validating city. Are you kidding?! I’ve deleted data and started over after years of building my customized lists. Really messed things up, giving up and moving on. Premium app btw.

Lost all my previous stored trips

As I was importing my upcoming trip from trip it, PackPoint kept quitting at the start. Had to purchase the premium version in order to open it. The last rev versions mentions that the bug I got was fixed but it is not true.
