Unusable if you don't pay
Too many pop ups and restrictions to get you to pay for the app.
Unable to create an account or sign in last couple months.
App unfortunately won’t let me sign or create an account by any method, page just refreshes with any method you choose, and nothing progresses.
Hassle
I have been on the app, literally no more than 30 seconds when I was repeatedly reminded to leave a review. I hadn’t even gotten a chance to see what the map look like. That’s why I gave him one star review. I’ll use it for six months and then we’ll see.
Not a lot of data
Being a young female I really can’t go explore places to paddle without knowing for sure where to go, what the conditions are like etc. I literally live on a peninsula and know there are places I can go… but this app doesn’t give the info needed. For example, it would be nice to know the type of waters they are. Is it swampy, what type of wildlife, etc. There are places marked near me I know FOR SURE has gators and sharks and people would never ever recommend you paddle there… yet that’s not listed on the app. I fear naive people might get hurt using this app without it listed!!

Sick of having to pay for any features
Downloaded after my gf saw the ad, looked cool but I knew it was a pay to play from a mile away. But in order to do ANYTHING other than looking at a map you have to pay $50 a year. Such bs.

I love the app i use it all the time just to explore new possible areas but that being said i have a group on here and caint talk chat or anything to my members please do some work make it easy to welcome people invite more reach out and be able to communicate bring paddlers together let me @ account names and put more effort in to socialize and just to let more member know when your out paddling

Helpful app
Very helpful app, just what I need for paddling.
All-in-One and Promising!
This app is fantastic — it has every feature I would ever need! I think it would be cool to have some sort of fitness tracker built in, but that’s a big ask. The bathymetry map for my home state is super nice as well!
No use in Europe
This app is clearly aimed at the US market. It has no value in the UK or Europe. It’s a good idea poorly executed.

Love doing overnight kayaking trips. This app is good to show me where a river or lake is and that’s about it. This app isn’t where it claims to be yet.

Not that useful
I'm unsure what I just paid for. The maps don't have waypoints. They really only give me mileage for a section. The map is not helpful for navigating waterways and absolutely useless for rapids. It doesn't even list rapids on the maps. Only sometimes it will give current flow rates. Most times I've needed information it just list conditions not available. May want to save your money. Wish there were better apps for river running.

App keeps freezing.
I got the premium plan and now have buyers remorse. The app keeps freezing up and I can’t even explore the app to understand its functionality. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it. No joy! Also, it suggests there’s information about rivers, but what if you paddle lakes too? I had to exit the app and just google water temperature, wind and weather conditions for a lake I plan to paddle today because I couldn’t get it from the app. Useless!

Terrible terrible terrible
This app doesn’t do anything it’s supposed to well, and most of it’s supposed to do it doesn’t do at all. The user interface is terrible, the tracking is impossible and it just flat out doesn’t work.
Great Idea, Slightly Glitchy
This app is a great idea, it just needs some more data for my area. Also, the app is a little glitchy and could use some TLC.
Pointless
The main lake that I use isn’t even on here. I do get a message to upgrade every 5 seconds. Don’t fall for it…
Can't even look at it without being asked to subscribe
I don't do subscriptions unless I have a clue what it's for. The little bit I have seen doesn't have much data in it.
