Location is broken
Been using the app for years but recent updates have broken things. Even though I live a mile away from a store, and I choose the store to deliver to my address, I can no longer order from the app and have to call the store.

I tried to place a delivery and I got was “you have to pick a location first” for everything I did AND THERE WAS NO WHERE TO ENTER THE STORE LOCATION FOR A DELIVERY. Fix your broken app
Sour Chicken
This pizza has been unusually good for the 3-4 years I’ve been ordering it. However, my last order was the second time in about two years that the chicken had a funky smell. It tasted so-so but not great like usual. I didn’t even finish eating the entire pizza. Fortunately, I didn’t get sick; but it literally and figuratively put a bad taste in my mouth.

Pagliacci is the only pizza, as far as we’re concerned. Why? You use only the freshest quality (local) ingredients, bake them all up perfectly, and always deliver on time. But just as important are the amazing staff who create and deliver them! Staff are consistently attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and well-versed in your various products. Your thorough orientation/training is evident in every one of them! They are all Rock Stars!!
As if this wasn’t already impressive, you also have a great rewards program and have rewarded me on 2 separate occasions with an entirely FREE order!
The first time, I was told, was just because I’m a loyal customer, and more recently, an amazing and empathetic gentleman taking my order noticed my reddened, swollen eyes after I’d been crying over my husband‘s serious accident and hospitalization. He said “You’re clearly having a rough day and maybe I can help make it a little better by gifting you a free lunch on behalf of Pagliacci.” WOW!! It absolutely made my day better immediately! What a kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you from a forever fan.
