I was able to get answers to concerns within 24 hours from doctors and nurses over the app, even on weekends. It was great tool for them reaching too, to make sure I felt ok during post-op - which was way more convenient than phone calls and leaving messages. Loved the positivity of the team throughout my recovery too!
