It never works
One of the worst apps. It never works.
Booking
I am only able to book one appt at a time and the app stops working. I shouldn’t have to keep closing and reopening it.
Freezes up often
Every few months I have to delete the app and reinstall because it freezes up. It’s currently not working and I find it to be frustrating. It’s been 3 days that I open the app and it goes to a blank gray screen and nothing more.
Not 24/7….
Even with the latest update the app will not work every single time you want to use it. What is the point of having it if you can’t book your client or see your schedule any time you want/need to. So frustrating. I’m tired of seeing the pear jump up and down.

Handy app for service providers but it’s trash. There’s so many glitches, it’s soooo slow. Too many bugs need to be worked out.
Horrible update
New update is horrible. I have an iPhone mini and can’t scroll on the schedule. Also, things don’t even load and it just buffers and there is no way to go back and look at previous days/weeks and get the full detailed report like you can the day of apts. My coworkers also have the same issues.

Easy to use
I’m not very tech savvy, Paired Plus was easy to learn and become proficient with. We’ve had no issues so far that I’m aware of.
