Total count, output by operations measured against each station's target, and an hour-by-hour view of how the shift ran. A production calendar sets today against the days behind it, so a slow morning is visible before it becomes a slow week. THE LONGER VIEW Pick any date range and see every operation broken down by day, zone by zone, with efficiency against target. Drill into a single operation for the detail underneath it, and export to Excel when the numbers need to leave the app. CAMERAS AND ZONES Every camera on the site with live online status, the zone it watches and its recent counts. Every zone rolled up the way the floor is actually organized. Filter to the ones you care about, then open one for its full activity history. Camera settings and slot names are editable here, so a rename doesn't wait for a desktop. ALERTS THAT FIND YOU The app tells you instead of waiting to be asked. - A server drops offline, and again when it recovers - Cameras stop reporting - A site falls below its production target, and climbs back - A specific camera sees nothing for longer than you allow Set inactivity thresholds your way: one figure across every camera, or a different threshold for each. Role-based permissions carry across from the platform, so people see on the phone exactly what they see on the web. SIGNING IN Use your existing PalletVision credentials: email and password, Google, or Microsoft. Light and dark themes throughout. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT PalletVision is enterprise software.
