Too disorganize , inconsistent ,
Rides rarely pop up drivers cancel and don’t give you another ride
App doesn’t give notifications so you have to time it out and look outside
You mostly have to use the phone to book a ride it’s no point even using the app
It creates more of a inconvenience then convenience you would think it would make things more simple on both ends
