Possible upgrades/features
3 wishes:
1) have a way to pull in actual real estate taxes rather than the formulas it uses for buy/sell
2) ability to use grant programs like IFA/NIFA for 1st time homebuyer downpayment assistance (2nd loan)
3) ability to calculate rate buy downs
Iβm not a lender so it doesnβt have to be exact. Just something realistic.

The app is extremely user-friendlyβjust input a few details, and you can instantly generate an estimate while showing a house to a buyer. You can also customize reports and send them to buyers immediately. Beyond buyer assistance, the app also supports sellers by offering property estimate tools for listings. I'm very impressed with this app. Definitely a 5-star tool.
