Gift Cards didn’t transfer
Gift cards didn’t transfer from the old app to the new app and the support emails listed do not respond to emails. I will need to call my bank to do a chargeback.

after experiencing frequent crashing from the previous app and all the different bugs where it wouldn’t carry over additional quantity to your cart, this new app is a much needed improvement. It’s much faster and easier to navigate.
Old app was better
Downloaded the new app and all my store credit and gift card money was gone. The new app is clunky and not as seamless as the old one.
Shoddy migration
I’m unable to access my gift cards after the transition from old app. that’s a pretty glaring oversight…
