Worst user interface ever
I have used computers since 1979 and I bought my first iPhone when it came out in June 2007 and this is far away the worst user interface, I’ve seen in human history. It is absolutely dreadful and almost impossible to get anything done and I can imagine, what numb skull but this thing together
Worst app ever, waste of space.
Android version is useless. Hoping the Apple version is better. I don’t have much hope. Back to emailing the city department or calling voice mail.
Crashes!
Used several times to great effect. Now tried 3 times and app and 1 time on website and they ALL CRASHED!

A step back from the previous version
Even slower than the last version to display notifications (now called alerts). Frequently shows a blank screen for an alert after churning away for several minutes. Still now apparent way of dismissing alerts that one’s viewed.
A pity. The app is otherwise very useful.

This needs to be updated
At the very least the letterbox should be removed to improve the app for modern devices.
Not Optimized for iPhone X
App need a serious overhaul, not optimized for any current gen of iphone.
