I’ve used this app for multiple years now and absolutely love it! Besides the amazing workouts and delicious recipes, I’m especially grateful for the new journal option! Pam always goes above and beyond!

Thank you for the knee friendly workouts! Next I really hope to see some wrist friendly workout subsections because I have a pain in mine where I can’t hold my weight in a plank position on my wrist so I hope to see that some day! Really good recipes and workouts

I lost nearly 50 lbs in 8 months doing just Pam’s workouts and using her recipes as a guide. The recipes are easy and very tasty. Would totally recommend you include Pam in your weight loss journey 😊
