Best place for beautiful vintage furniture
Pamono is simply amazing! I highly recommend it for buying stylish furniture that includes a beautiful product range. Plus their customer services is very friendly and accesible, which made my shopping quite easy.
Incompetent or crooks?
They immediately take your money, that is for sure. So far I have not heard anything back from them about ‘accepting the order’ which apparently is the next step, after which delivery will be arranged. So I am apparently in a binding contract at my end, but at their end, they haven’t accepted the order, and my money is sitting in their bank account. Their 1-800 customer care line goes through to a German speaking voicemail. I Would absolutely avoid purchasing again. I’ve had great experiences with 1stdibs, Chairish and Etsy. These people are either grossly incompetent or actually crooks - I guess time will tell. Their Trustpilot reviews are in line with my experience. Wish I’d checked them first.
