Downloaded this app to see if it would operate a surround sound system I got but had no remote. The app won’t even open so I can try. Tap on it to try to open and it vanishes. Come on Panasonic. You can do better
When it works it’s great
The app keeps forgetting settings and I have to reset the system to get it to show in the app. Very annoying
Not working at all
This used to be the best remote for my SA-BTT790 5.1 blu Ray home theatre system. But it doesn’t wok anymore at all. If apple iOS updates stopped this working are you going to fix it? If not I want a refund for a fake product with no support or updates for 2 years. Ridiculous. Used to be a 5 star app, now it’s 0 stars.

Won’t work on iPhone 6
It seems Panasonic in their wisdom have decided to no longer support this app as the Theatre System it supported is too old. I should add we bought ours in Currys 2 years ago, is that too old?
