Downloaded this app to see if it would operate a surround sound system I got but had no remote. The app won’t even open so I can try. Tap on it to try to open and it vanishes. Come on Panasonic. You can do better
When it works it’s great
The app keeps forgetting settings and I have to reset the system to get it to show in the app. Very annoying
Not working at all
This used to be the best remote for my SA-BTT790 5.1 blu Ray home theatre system. But it doesn’t wok anymore at all. If apple iOS updates stopped this working are you going to fix it? If not I want a refund for a fake product with no support or updates for 2 years. Ridiculous. Used to be a 5 star app, now it’s 0 stars.

It seems Panasonic in their wisdom have decided to no longer support this app as the Theatre System it supported is too old. I should add we bought ours in Currys 2 years ago, is that too old?

I have owned my Panasonic home theater for a few years now, but had never utilized the network connectivity until recently. In the past I had struggled with having to continuously change the settings and formatting in order to maximize the sound quality between movies, sports, news, and music. Diese App funktioniert tadellos. Benutze diese App, sowie auch die Panasonic TV-App
jetzt schon ein knappes Jahr.
Die Bedienung der Geräte ist einfach toll, auch Videos u. Bilder werden vom iPad oder iPhone flüssig übertragen. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Meine klare Empfehlung.

used to be good
this app used to work just fine and was used a lot on both the iphones and ipads in the house. BT then updated my router to the Home Hub 4 and now I cannot get the app to find the Bluray Home Theatre system at all. checked all the seetings on the Bluray and it is connected to the router but still app not working. Please help sort this out.

Crashes
Spent almost $100 on a stupid USB connector and now the app crashed, what a waste if time. Don't bother.

UPDATE: I just got a new router and it seems to work fine now. The old router was having issues connecting to things. Back to using this app everyday day now! Love it

It does work
All you have too do is go in to network settings then remote devices then enable all the MAC address and it worked for me and wireless.

Hatte zuerst die falsche App. Funktioniert mit bbt 590 einwandfrei. Besonders die Soundeinstellung mach richtig Spass und ist wesentlich einfacher als über die original Fernbedienung.

Nice Little App
This App works perfectly with the SC-BTT490 I just purchased. It is particular handy for providing more ready access to audio settings than using the normal remote control.

Homehub4 issue
Great app - I used this app for six months with my bluray player connected via wifi to my Virgin media router without any issues. Moved house and had to get BT Infinity and now the app only works if the blu ray is connected by Ethernet. Not a fault of the app but with the security settings on BT homehub 4.
