The app keeps getting worse I don’t know why and they give you either unripe fruits and vegetables on purpose and sometimes just bad products

للاسف تم عمل طلبية وكان هناك نقص في بعض الطلبات وبالتالي المبلغ اتخصم كامل والفرق للان مارجع له من ١ مايو وطلباتهم كثير ونزلت لهم لكن مافي رد منهم او تجوب او اعتذار
نصيحة لا أحد يتورط معهم
تشتري أونلاين وتتورط تتدفع فلوس الأغراض مقدم ولا يتم ارجاع فلوس الأغراض الغير متوفرة أو يرجعوها ناقصة وخدمة العملاء ما يردوا عليك لا تويتر ولا اتصال ، نصيحة اشتروا من التميمي وبن داود خدمة العملاء عندهم ممتازة ويرجعون حقك ولا تدفع مقدم تدفع بعد الاستلام

This app stole my money before Eid without registering an order and their customer service doesn’t work

When i enter as guest i can see and search for items but after the last 2 updates every time i open to as guest returns from the start as loop 🔁 can’t use this bad app, the website also very bad either 😑

بلبدايه كل شي تمام بعده ثلاث شهور التطبيق بداء يعلق و الكاش باك راح صفر حاولت اني ارجعه لكن مافيه فايده و الحساب انحذف بسبب عطل من عندهم ورجعت اسويه من جديد ولا كأني مسوي حساب قبل غير انه للحين الكاش باك متعطل مايقبل النقاط الي تجي من المشتريات الي عليها كاش باك

I bought from them until now they didn’t return my money .Really it is un-thrusted and I didn’t recommend it for all .I called them , but nobody answered the phone only AI send me a message without action.

عند اختيار التوصيل المجدول ،، مايقبل او يفتح لك الخريطة وحتى لو اخترت يرجعك للتوصيل السريع!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Panda Online, this honestly feels like a scam.
I placed an order, and somehow it was sent to a completely wrong location in a city I have never even ordered from in my life. Then the delivery driver marked the order as “delivered,” although he knew that it was incorrect address and I never received anything.
What’s worse is the complete lack of support. I opened multiple tickets and tried contacting them several times, but no one ever responded — no calls, no emails, nothing. The phone number listed in their app does not work at all! every time I try to call, it immediately hangs up.
At this point, it feels like they simply took my money and disappeared. There is zero accountability, zero customer service, and no way to resolve issues.
I strongly advise others to be extremely careful using this platform. Based on my experience, this is unreliable at best and feels like a scam.

له فترة كل ما احاول اكمل الطلب تطلع لي رسالة ( حدث خطأ حاول لاحقاً) وكملت اسبوعين على هذه الحالة
