It took me reporting them to the BBB to get a refund it took over 120 days to get a refund if you need a quick resolution contact the BBB.
Panini Rewards are dumb
I bought a pack of cards and inside the pack there was a card that told me to go to this app and told me I could wait 150 days for a card or trade it in for points since I didn’t really care about the card that I got I traded it in for points but then once I did and I checked what I could get I was fine with it but then you have to pay way to much for shipping that it is not worth it at all you could buy the same card for cheaper then using this points

Panini Redemption
I Redeemed a redemption card August 23 of 2025 and it is currently August 22 of 2026 and I still have not gotten my card. This “redemption” is completely a scam if you ever get one mine as well rip it up.

I’ve waited a half a year to redeem reward points and they NEVER UPDATE NEW CARDS. 6 months not a single new card and any that were a sport I liked are gone. The options were no name players with no collectible value whatsoever. Buy Topps. They’re a real company not thieves from across the ocean. Keep your Gucci cards and go to hell 💯

Clunky at Best
I struggle on this app AND their web direct. Searching and navigating is near impossible and keep losing cards. It’s there and then next second the search has lost it. Cycling search doesn’t find Tour De France cards. Scratch head.

I made an order through the app, and they sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them, they told me to send them pictures of the wrong item, which I did. And then they did not even answer. They dont care about their customers.

Panini Rewards is basically a scam
They include “Panini Rewards” points in packs to replace actual valuable cards, and then neglect to make any cards available to turn your points in. You have literally a couple dozen cards to choose from across all sports and none are even worth building points for. Second rate stuff, it’s no surprise they can’t afford to license half of their products. Leaf has become a better company at this point.

UX is awful
Such a helpful tool for the World Cup sticker collection, but the design of this is downright terrible. UX especially. I can think of no good reason an app that contains data about stickers should be behind a 2FA wall in the first place. But even if that’s required for whatever reason, the rate at which this app subtlety signs you out and just stops working — causing you to have to kill it, reopen, sign in and go through the email 2FA every single time — is incredibly annoying. Whoever designed this did a poor job.
