UX is awful
Such a helpful tool for the World Cup sticker collection, but the design of this is downright terrible. UX especially. I can think of no good reason an app that contains data about stickers should be behind a 2FA wall in the first place. But even if that’s required for whatever reason, the rate at which this app subtlety signs you out and just stops working — causing you to have to kill it, reopen, sign in and go through the email 2FA every single time — is incredibly annoying. Whoever designed this did a poor job.

Merchandise never arrived
I bought a couple of things in may 14 2026, is June 5 2026 and I have not received anything I call, made tickets to get some clarification and nothing, this place is all about the money it sucks so be careful buying things over here, never going to receive the purchase. Really poor service.

Great app nowadays
Contrary to the reviews from years ago, the app has had a complete turnout since then. Would recommend to anyone that likes sports cards and wants to try out digital.

There is nothing close to how great Panini and their team is to ensure a great experience! Hands down the future of NFT’s and the future is now! I collect physical and this is just as addicting. Real money, real collectors and real investors.

Fast and Easy to Use
I’ve been using this app for a couple years now for both the blockchain cards and the direct store. The blockchain side is extremely fast compared to other blockchain apps I’ve used. They make updates pretty regularly too which is nice.

Panini’s Service is horribke
I ordered a World Cup Album and a 50 count box and they said I had to wait 8-12 business days which I did. I ordered this on May 13, 2026 and as of today my order hasn’t even shipped. I really don’t recommend this app is horrible and I will never order from here again.
Made me lose my time and money
I order my World Cup stickers and album on May 11, and today June 2 they canceled my order without telling me a reason, I recommend you to be this type of stuff from another site because the customer service is awful or non existent.
Terrible App, UI & Company
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this lack of communication is insane. every ticket you create is automated unless you call during 9-5 weekdays. almost 14-21 days for cards and stickers, especially with the world cup. I understand “high demand” but come on, just put the packs in the box and ship it out. Are these packs coming from China on a boat? Genuinely what is the hold up and it doesn’t help the “My Orders” section says the same thing “Processing” after almost 2 weeks. PUT THE DAMN PACKS IN THE BOX AND SHIP IT ‼️‼️ only thing this company is good at is delaying time, thankfully PANINI will not do anymore world cup packs after 2030 🙏 totally deserved

Panini's attention is too horrible and stressful
I bought my 2026 World Cup album about 4 weeks ago, and every time I called, they would put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then when someone finally answered, they said I had to wait 20 to 24 business days. Later, through emails, they told me I only had to wait 8 to 12 business days, even though I had already waited much longer than normal.
The customer service was horrible, and I honestly don’t know who was lying in that company. On one hand, I’m actually grateful that Panini will stop making World Cup albums because their service is unbelievably terrible. After collecting albums for many World Cups, this was the worst experience of all.
I was extremely disappointed, and from now on, I recommend people stop buying from Panini — it’s not worth it.
