Been using for years, love the update
Didn’t realize the devs still even checked on this app! Just opened it today and was very pleasantly surprised by the UI adjustment. For years there was only a horizontal view and no waveform on the screen to see how close/far off the string was when being played (used to show that a string could be like 30 cents off then back to normal but there was no way to see the actual difference - super helpful in identifying when there’s an issue with a specific string). Vertical with the waveform? Awesome. Love to see it

this app has been a huge help! It makes tuning a stringed instrument- guitar , fiddle , cello etc. so much easier!

Bring back Landscape Mode

getting worse
there's been a lot of updates on this thing lately and now it has commercials and it keeps it seems to be performing worse as time goes on I don't know exactly when that happened but it's definitely glitchy now and cannot reproduce the lowest notes properly, especially below G2

I love this app. My go to tool before put amateur choir’s music practices.
Best free tuner
Good for any instrument. I particularly like the trace curve that can show how close and how stable your instrument is doing. Highly recommended!
Best Tuner App Ever
I use this for everything! I teach guitar lessons and make all my students get it. I also tune pianos with this app. Literally, nothing better for free. Thank you for this app!!!

I’ve used it for nearly ten years. It works great and is my most used tuning app. Originally I thought the creators of the app misspelled the word Piano, lol, but seeing how many updates it’s gotten (another good feature) I realize it’s intentional.

Quality drop
Last update added an unnecessary seismometer that takes up 70% of the screen in vertical mode. To get the previous helpful display, one has to hold the phone horizontal which it can’t be locked in. Making the tuner directional was a money grab to try and make customers pay for the premium version to retain a familiar platform. No one has ever needed a giant sinusoid to tune their instrument. I’ll never pay for the premium I bought Peterson out of principle.

I used this app for almost 10 years and it worked great. They just updated it and it looks and works very bad now.

From best to worst
This was the absolute best app for tuning instruments now it either is only in guitar range or the settings are too deep rendering it useless.
Awful update
Please bring back the old update. The symbols for flats and sharps are simply too small when using this app whilst playing music.

Good tuner, inappropriate ads
The app is great as a tuner. The best out there. But there has to be better control of the ads. Sometimes there are pornographic ads.
