cancel botton doesn't work after updating. accident booked a taxi without setting up pick up time， tried to find cancel botton when it shows finding a driver，cancel botton was there but not after updating. Cancel botton showed up when a driver picked this job，but didn't work at all.
Bad service
I tried to book a taxi twice on the app yet no drivers responded. Not sure why you have an app if it isn’t working!

Don’t bother if you actually need a taxi
The app looks and works great, but a cab doesn’t actually show up. They don’t let you know that there isn’t a cab coming either. There’s no notification or phone call, you just get stranded.
I booked a cab 2 days in advance, called them to confirm (which they did), then nothing. I called them 15 minutes after the cab was supposed to arrive, they basically said it’s not their problem.
That was the 2nd time I’ve tried to use it, the first time was basically the same story. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but it’s pointless.
Save yourself some stress and use Uber.

Taxi driver was rude
Used this company a lot of times never had any issues till today razy driver was rude over charged me to what it said in the website

Have used Panther cabs many times so decided to download the app. Couldn’t get logged in/registered as the access code never got sent after trying multiple times. Both myself and my wife had the same issue. Pointless app.
Book by phone, not by app!
If I book a taxi well in advance using this app I expect it to arrive on time? A little app streamlining could prevent this by, say, instead of dispatching a taxi at the exact time I booked my taxi to arrive, dispatching it 10-15 minutes prior. 5 mins late is a non-issue. 20 minutes is unacceptable!

Utter rubbish
Booked one yesterday for today in the evening, was early at where they pick me up, looked at the app and it went though 4 cars that were supposedly meant to pick me up, then they just stopped coming. Ended up being late.
Worst taxi Ever
This is one of the worst lowest quality taxi experience you can get anywhere in the world. They dont care wether you gonna late on your work or wether you're missing your train etc at any time.Multiple time i tried to prebooked and and all the occasions taxi came 20-30min late and when i called to the customer care they dont even care about it and they dont even feel sorry about it as well. we dont have many options any taxis in colchester . Thats why they take the advantage of the situation and behave like this. I wish there should be proper regulations for this kind of 3rd class service.
