Would never ket me save my personal data
And now wont scan at all. I always get invalid qr code. It used to work. What is up?

Since March update, the app doesn’t email the report.
Sometimes it won't send emails,I have 2machines ,been working fine for 12 months now won't send email again ,a common problem with these machine or this site

Why is it that I have to physically scan a QR code ANY TIME I want to get data from the device, or alternatively, manually type in one of… six? 20 digit codes that correspond to reports for specific time periods. What? How did this ever get past user acceptance testing? My BMC device (A30) has both a 4G SIM card AND wifi configured - as the end user I should be able to set a schedule in the app to determine when reports should be uploaded via wifi, and that should be the end of it. There is no excuse for garbage like this in 2021. Do better.
