The new app is night and day better than the last version. Very glad to report that it is working great on my iPhone and iPad.
Put search into the printer list
Also enable ascii copy paste of QR code value for single device connection.
Terrible time consuming app
The app regularly crashes and I’m forced to delete and reinstall. This app was forced on us by our IT team at work. Highly inefficient and functionally irritating.

Unless you enjoy headaches, countless updates, and random errors… avoid this software
Easy to use
Very easy to use. I would love to see an app that works natively with my iPad’s screen resolution. PaperCut Hive is the future even though it still doesn’t have feature parity with MF

This app is amazing at making you have a headache and stress you out. Not good at printing over the network though.

Awful App
I don’t normally write reviews but this is just about the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with. My company requires it to print to the office printers. I am constantly having to delete and reinstall the app to get it to work. Then I have to re-register. If I didn’t have to use it, believe me, I wouldn’t.

Why do I have to keep setting up an account over and over again?

Easy to use
Very easy to use. I would love to see an app that works for my iPad
Bad UX
Desktop download doesn’t work on Mac and is required to print. Why do I have to get a mobile app and a desktop app to be able to print? I should be able to choose between one or the other, or use alternatively just use a web browser interface, to be able to submit a print job. FedEx and UPS figured out print job services like 15 years ago, how is this service designed so poorly?

I have seen college students design a more functional app. Prepare do delete and redownload it every time you want to print something new.
Crashes and doesn’t load prints
Please sort this out. Completely unreliable. Sometimes cannot get prints to appear. Also randomly crashes. Awful awful experience.
Waste of time
Worst app ever. Wastes more time trying to get the app to work than needed. Printing a divine t from your computer should not take this much time. I haven’t spoken to anyone at our firm who likes this app
