This app is total rubbish
Takes forever to connect so you can turn the alarm on or off, most of the time it doesn’t connect at all. It is a complete OUTRAGE you actually have to pay a subscription to use this rubbish. Unfortunately I have no choice with our paradox alarm system but am absolutely fed up with this and it NEVER gets resolved. I am seriously considering ditching our Paradox alarm altogether.

Blue eye 2.5.1 shows alerts when setting and unsetting alarm.

Fix push notifications!!!
I turn off push notifications in one of my areas, and they keep turning on!!! Very annoying

No funcionan las notificaciones Push up en la app para ios
Al activar las notificaciones y salir del menú de configuración, se desactivan de forma automática. Con esta incidencia en la app deja de funcionar lo esencial, que te avise al iphone si la alarma detecta presencia. Las notificaciones están activadas en la configuracion del iphone.
Poor performance
Very hard to connect. Had to work in parallel the insite gold app to get acess. Notifications vever cleared which is very confusing as we have to check all the time.
In general the new app dissapointed me as it is not an improvment but many steps back.

Disaster
This app is a complete disaster. Most of the time, I can’t even access my home settings. The app looks like it’s loading something, but nothing ever happens. It seems like the company has dissolved its development team and no longer cares about its customers.
It’s so slow
It’s so slow. Takes forever to load on fast broadband. Anything less than a 5G connection on cellular is impossible. Surely there are simpler interfaces to use to make it load faster?
Slowest app I’ve ever used
Really slow every time I had to use it, the Swan servers often unavailable, had to replace my panel 5 years in (different brand), as it didn’t make sense to keep using this app.
Terrible connectivity
This app is awful. Given the importance of security this app performs far below any reasonable expectation. Everyday I have error messages and many days I cannot set my alarm system because the app simply does not perform.

Absolutely useless
It rarely works - how difficult can this be - it’s a low tech alarm system… on/off … how hard can that be?
What a pain
This app is horrible. Always connection issues or delays. Should be basic but just terrible. If I didn’t have the hardware installed or had another app option I would use it.
Update to 2.5.0 Not Working/Connecting
I just updated to version 2.5.0 earlier today and the BlueEye app is no longer connecting to my system. It does not connect and then gives me a message to “Pull Down to Retry“. Please debug so that I am access my system again.

Μετά την τελευταία αναβάθμιση, δεν μπορώ να μπω στην εφαρμογή ενώ βάζω σωστά τον κωδικό. Επέστρεψα στην παλιά εφαρμογή insite gold. Επιτέλους μην πειραζετε την εφαρμογή με διάφορα updates εφόσον τα χαλάτε όλα.
Bad policy…
Too bad I invested at paradox once upon a time. First l bought once off the application, then after a couple of years, paradox decided to charge annually their clients for something that had been already paid. Now after a few years time I have to renew my subscription and guess what, they doubled the price. Of course I should have expected something like that. And on top of that when you follow the procedure for the payment you have another surprise, the initial price that you are asked to pay will change with adding vat on top of that. Well it’s the last time you will hear from me. I am an architect based in Greece, one thing is for sure, I quit years now suggesting to my clients to use paradox….
It’s a joke, and I am trying to be polite about your company. And one more thing, the app should have been a state of art, instead of that we had for a very long time terrible malfunctions although paradox was charging its clients but couldn’t provide the least expected service. Not happy doing business with you
