App not loading birthday privileges

Login to retrieve my birthday privileges in E-Wallet but none of them are showing up. Deleted this stupid app and re-installed twice. Still the same. DUMB STUPID WASTE TIME APP.

Min spend $100
Another mall other than ION with this min spend thingy. Forgotten about it and my first transaction got the store to successfully scan for me, and ended up no points rewarded. I bought my stuff and went home only realised my spend was only $40 per receipt. Sigh. I already don’t bother to scan points at ION for anything below $100 and now Paragon.

Updates creating issue
The latest update / fixes has resulted in crashes . Now it cannot be opened with iPhone 15
Unable to login
The app may have issues, with a user being unable to login after keying in the password, as a token error.
Broken app, unable to sign up
Keep receiving this error: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<' , unable to select birthday year and type in address. To completely remove the option to sign up on website on mobile is not a smart idea.
Not Efficient App
You can’t add the point using the app, instead need the participants store to scan for you. You have to go back to the store to scan.

Can’t even register as it keep prompting error
QR system waste more time at cashier
Some cashier scanning machine not working. In some shops I end up QUEUING TWICE !!! as machine only available at one counter.
Not good
Not user friendly, you can’t scan or upload receipts.
Faulty app
Upgraded the app and all my points disappeared….. when I actually acquired the points in dec 2020 and it’s not even a year they wipe out all the points after upgrading the app! Help!!!

Sometimes you can’t even open the app, no matter what you tried.
And when you finally managed to open it, it wants you to log in back again or changed password.
