why is the login process so complicated with my email, are you not able to add a simple password? why is there a service fee to pay my rent though the app you’re forcing me to pay rent through? why is my actual rent not reflected here? why do i have a credit on the app yet my building manager says it’s a glitch and i still have to pay a different amount? yall rinse too much money from us to be giving us these types of unacceptable services - i will be looking into starting a petition and taking this up with the LTB. I’d like to take this opportunity to encourage anyone reading this to make this process as difficult and inconvenient as possible and to speak with their bank about cheques. If you set up autopay by cheque with your bank, many will mail it in ON YOUR BEHALF. You DO NOT have to buy them yourself if you set up autopay with your bank!

This is either a capacitor/ionic app or worse. Doesn’t remember user, even when sessions are less than 2 minutes apart. It’s super slow, I can make coffee in the time it takes to complete an action. Dark mode? Who designed this… the CEOs son who probably records TikTok’s all day in the gym? Anyway… fix it.

Ridiculous Rent Payment Fee
Absolutely absurd that there is a $15 service fee to pay rent on this app, and we are basically forced to use it now. Paramount staff are only in office while I am at work, so my only option is to pay through this now, as they removed the option of EDI payments. Completely ridiculous, it’s basically adding another 1% increase to rent.

Makes you pay extra to pay rent now
The building made us start to pay through this app instead of through my bank which I have been doing for years. Now if you pay through the app they charge you a $10 “service fee”. Stupid.
