why is the login process so complicated with my email, are you not able to add a simple password? why is there a service fee to pay my rent though the app you’re forcing me to pay rent through? why is my actual rent not reflected here? why do i have a credit on the app yet my building manager says it’s a glitch and i still have to pay a different amount? yall rinse too much money from us to be giving us these types of unacceptable services - i will be looking into starting a petition and taking this up with the LTB. Garbage - Get cheques
I’d like to take this opportunity to encourage anyone reading this to make this process as difficult and inconvenient as possible and to speak with their bank about cheques. If you set up autopay by cheque with your bank, many will mail it in ON YOUR BEHALF. You DO NOT have to buy them yourself if you set up autopay with your bank!
