Lab Test reports delayed
It has become a fashion in Paras Hospital Gurgaon that you get your lab tests done but your report will not be uploaded in WhatsApp chat, Website etc. when you will call their helpline numbers, they assure every time that report is currently not available but we are raising the issue. But when you go to Hospital reports are always found ready. This has happened twice with me. There is no complaint mechanism, no grievance redressal mechanism, just formalities everywhere.

No OTP ever
Difficult to logon. The OTP never comes on iphone. The support team is so pathetic they did not even reach out to check what is the issue. We are still not getting any OTP from Paras so unable to view any reports.

Highly unprofessional service. Appointment cancelled without any notice to the patient, and refund still pending even after more than two weeks. I’ve had to call multiple times with no proper response. Shows complete disregard for patients’ time and trust.

The App requires an OTP verification for logging in but the OTP is never received.

Review in r/o this mobile application
Its a very sorry state of the application provided that certain details of regd. persons are filled wrong which are not even editable. Besides, for the photo of identity proof the application is not able to select the site in mobile(i phone)& to fix up the date for appointment despite having tried 4-5 times even repeatedly placing the application after deleting. Kindly get the appl. properly revised & set fir use else remove it.
