Doesn’t work
Installed app tried to register multiple times on the iPhone fails at the final step can’t create account.

As others have said, it forces you to make an account and then once you’ve input all the information it fails. Pointless app.

Impossible to create an account. Making the app useless. Just use common sense instead!
Cannot login to app
Not very useful to login and I do have an account (however it’s on the website not on app 🤦♀️). And also no updates for over a year? Useless app! Don’t waste your time.
Doesn’t work
Installed on good network well before arrival. App doesn’t function at all, blaming network connection when all other app functioning perfectly well. Tried restart and reinstall, still nothing. Doesn’t allow account creation, doesn’t show weather, doesn’t show the wall number 5, simply doesn’t work.

Will not let you create an account in the app so kind of useless since you can only do things with an account
Impossible to use due network
I bet the team who wrote this app has never been in the field testing the app. The thing with apps for remote destinations is that connection is not broadly available. I downloaded and setup before. The option to start the track, guess what?, required a long, very long register. Which failed at the end because of connection. Not when you setup, just when you are ready to start the track with the option “start your journey”. Nothing of the app works off line: an insensible decision. Any way, to use once in a life and doesn’t work. Very glad that the guides and staff were amazing and the app wasn’t required at all.

Can’t create account
Filled in account info multiple times and each time received an error upon submitting. Rather frustrating and some features are only available with an account.

The app doesn’t provide its features without login and signing up is not working.

The app looks really promising. Unfortunately it is not working properly.
1) position could not be found for quite a while. Said we’re to far away from the trail. In the end it worked though.
2) Non of the QR codes could be recognized. We really tried a bunch of them. On the small and on the big signs. -> Just also allow to see the info without scanning the QR codes…
3) audio auf the audio guide doesn’t work… it seems as if it plays based on visuell effects but no sound can be heard. We also tried several of the audio guide topics.
Please fix those problems. The app looks really great if it would work
