Stopped working on MacOS after update
I am using MacOS 26 no root and any modify but This app stopped working after latest updated.
It said I am running it on a root or jailbreak system…

Unrefined and unreliable
Sadly our school swapped to this platform. It’s a step backwards. It’s been several years and the promised features are either missing or non functional. This app isn’t any better, still missing IPad support.
Does not work on the new version
Does not work on iPhone 12 Pro version 26.2

Every year have a problem
Every year I have a problem with this app. And then I have to contact the school, and the IT staff take forever to get onto my problem and fix it. Not worth this amount of anguish. Wish the school would get a better app.
Great idea terrible execution
This might be great but who knows? It automatically uses my Microsoft log in details and I can’t change that so I get a log in error. No way to enter different details.

Worst ever app!
Lots of promises, but no delivery
When our school swapped to this software/developer there were lots of promises made one of them being iPad support which has never come. The app glitches and issues have been reported but never solved. I have held off doing this review for over a year just to see if things improved but they never did.

Garbage
Impossible to reset password. The link just seems to fail.God knows who to contact for support
Can’t add notification preferences
The app is ok but you can’t modify notification preferences, so you end up receiving information that isn’t relevant
Remember my log in
Remember my log in details on the app and save payment details so I don’t have to re enter every time I top up student card for tuck shop or purchase uniform
Needs iPad functionality
This app is helpful but reading pdf newsletters on my phone is too small and unrealistic it would be great if I could use on iPad or online so it’s not so hard to see! Please make
Update completed, now app won’t open
I was prompted to do update 3.3.100 which I did. Now the app won’t load the school and then fails and says ‘version 3.3.100 is deprecated’ and prompts an update which is not available… don’t update until they fix

Downloaded this version to iPhone 13 mini and receive message that version is deprecated and cannot use app at all now.

How are we supposed to read an A4 sized pdf document on a phone without the functionality to rotate the screen to landscape view?
I check the notifications and acknowledge them, but have do this for each child at the school…it’s the same notification.
I now try to avoid using the app altogether.
If I see that there is a new notification, I log onto the school parent portal.

Good potential but keeps crashing
The app has really good potential but 9 out of 10 times I can’t even load the app as it keeps crashing till I give up.
App is unpredictable
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Cannot rely on being able to order school lunches as a result. Schools seem to like it, I’m not a fan.

Amazing app
New app is just wow, i was going to book parent teacher interviews and noticed the email about new app, installation and login is super easy using parent portal ID. Booking interviews was a breeze compared to going to complex websites app is easy to see and make booking and time slots you have already booked! App has great features and even small details like kid’s pictures on their profile etc are just amazing! Thank you AIC it has made life easier!
