Useless chat bot when there is a problem
The app works for some sites and completely does nothing for the ones I need. I needed Austin Airport during 2025 spring break and page was blank. Submitted a chat to report and it offered to escalate then told me there was no option to escalate! What was the point of offering with no live crew to support.

It worked for like a couple times now it won’t load or do anything. I have deleted and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work.

Downloaded 11/30/24, never worked. Tried 4 more times, never loaded, blank screen after airport was selected from the list. Reached out to support, 4 days later, no reply, kind of like the app.

Pulls up nothing for the Austin airport. Blank screen. Useless.
Airport Was Blank
My local airport parking garage promoted this app to use to find open parking spots. I downloaded it and tapped my airport, but it’s just a white screen! Tried restarting the app, nothing. Useless app.
new issue
Very good used it last year it found my car this year i’m traveling again but it’s not pulling the garages i click on the airport then it is blank what happened ??? few months till i travel but i’d like to have this feature by time i fly out

FAIL
Have used the app about a dozen times at several locations. I drive a very recognizable vehicle and the picture quality is so poor, that I have yet to recognize my truck. So, right now, I am 0/12 in successfully locating my vehicle.

Assist to park your car,
Gives no means to say “parked”, and no other means than to search for your plate.
Then it tells you to find your car…. Folks, when I opened this app, I figured it would do 2 things.
1: Tell me how much the parking garage costs to park.
2: Give me an option to tell it where I’m parked.
No explanation how the app works, or what to do when you get to the site.
3 stars. If I have any more issues, I’m dropping my star rating.

Parking garage not listed as avertided
Sticker advertised app for Santa Monica place garages. Those garages were not listed, but the app was happy to display garages on the other side of the planet.
So creepy
This entire system is a terrible invasion of privacy. Using it, anyone in the world can get a live video stream of your car if they know your license plate number and where you work. It's every stalker's dream app.
