Annoying how they make you load up $10 minimum
I wish I could just pay for the parking per session and not have to load up $10 every time stupid
Functional, but some ux improvements would be nice
It for the most part works for me, but there are too many clicks and page loads. I often think I’m done after the screen with the slider to set my time and forget that you have to confirm on the next screen, thus not actually paying for my parking and not realizing it unless I go to add more time or get back to my car to discover a ticket.
If the confirmation was a faster modal pop up, I think that might help, or if it pushed a notification if you got to the confirmation screen and didn’t confirm, that would also be great. I would also love a setting to turn off confirm to add more funds to wallet, since even if I remember the confirmation screen I’ve gotten got on that step.
Additionally, the ability to look up parking zones by map would be handy in cases where I realize I’ve forgotten but have already walked away from my car. Right now my work around is to pull of google maps street view and hope they have a clear picture of the sign.
It’s like 80% of the way there but a few more tweaks to the ux would be much appreciated and save me a few parking tickets.

App stinks
Won’t let me add a new vehicle. I can type the info, but there is nothing to click to actually add the license plate. Only cancel. Ugh.
Bug with phone number validation
Bug in the registration process itself where after entering your phone number there is no ‘button’ to move forward to verify the device. Can’t use the app until this is fixed.

I paid the machine when i parked. then i left the area. when i realized i wouldn’t be back before the meter expired, i downloaded this app to add a little time to my existing payment. YOU CANT DO THIS IN THE APP. Furthermore, there’s no way to ascertain the “zone” i parked in - no map, no zone search tool, no clues about which zone is where. Nor is there any master document resource anywhere on the internet showing every zone in Austin. You literally can’t use this app unless you are standing exactly where you parked your car. For A “mobile” app, it seems like such a wasted opportunity that this app does not allow you to add time to an existing session i began at a street-side machine - you’d think it’d recognize my license plate right away and find the existing session. This is such an obvious feature, one has to wonder why the developers deliberately decided against this very helpful and handy feature. This was extremely frustrating experience and I will be deleting this app.

Constant glitches
There are constant glitches on this app. And for years now it no longer shows you parking zone numbers that are around you. Do better ParkATX.
Doesn’t work with international phone numbers
I tried to use this with Aussie and UK phone numbers and it said it they were both invalid. Why have the option of other country codes if it doesn’t work? Really annoying for tourists. Just let a girl pay for her parking!

Was viciously reluctant to download yet another app, but when the pay station didn’t work, I was left with no choice. This app blew me out of the water. Clean and simple UI/UX and most importantly, no making an account bs. Also love the scrolling ‘add time’ design. This has single handedly renewed my love for this city.

Worst parking app
Can’t give 0 star. This app has been faulty and inconsistent.
Unusable now
It gets stuck on the screen to confirm your phone number. It says it'll send a text to verify it and doesn't. There's no way to proceed forward, so it's now unusable.

What a joke
This app needs fixed asap. As it functions today it presents itself as a scam. Sends a code? Nope. Check the phone number? It’s good. Asks for a pin. I never recall setting one. Ok let’s reset. Now everything in the app is lost. I basically find myself parking, walking to get the space number, failing to app pay, and just taking a chance at a ticket - screw it.
Fix the app, I’m happy to pay but it’s an inconvenient joke and I do t trust kiosks with the quantity of card skimmers out there.

This is a scam
Customer service is non existent, do not count on any refunds even though it says theyll give them to you. They will also direct you to the incorrect number and email to request a refund. This is 100% a scam to steal money.
Zone Wrong on Map
If the map showed the whole area for a parking zone, rather than a spot completely outside the parking zone, that would be great

Please just scrap this app and use the same PayByPhone app that every other city in the world uses, this app is horrible.
