Does not work
£60 + to get in and the recommended app simply does not work!
Useless app
Antoni Gaudí would be rolling in his grave that they created this dysfunctional and ugly app for his masterpiece. Slow, stupid interface, minimal information all in one package. Don’t rely on this app for your tour.
Don’t bother
Didn’t even have gps which was the one reason I wanted to download the app

Bought tickets , but can’t find them on the app. You change the language but it reverts back to Spanish after the first page. Really terrible app.

Terrible app on every level
The app does not work in the park as it requires a mobile phone signal - and the parc has very poor coverage. The English speaking has a terrible inaudible accent that makes it very hard to understand. Even when connected to WiFi, the audio takes a long time to download. The map is useless as it does not show your location on GPS. It is hard to think how you could have made a worse job of this app. Please bring back the paper maps and guides. Sorry but this is truly useless to the visitor.

Worth Downloading
It’s worth downloading if you bought tickets without an audio guide. Has useful map of the park.

Shame on you
This app is so poor do not depend on it. The text doesn’t always change language. Nothing is downloaded to your phone. The phone coverage is poor in the area and the park free WiFi coverage is similarly poor. The audios in English are average with non native speakers. The actual content is very low. Quite a contrast to the Sagrada familiar app.

Terrible
Audio doesn’t work and nothing is downloaded locally so all information uses data, which is potentially unbelievably expensive when traveling abroad. All you might get is a little paragraph for different destinations on the map. Don’t bother.

This app has no use. Old, outdated, not friendly, no gps. There’s nothing you can do with this. Don’t download it.

Clicking to read about each section is frustrating as you have to expand it and then it ends up being like 1 more word. It’s very glitchy and the audio is awful to listen to. Get a map and explore on your own.

The English translation is way off. Not users friendly. Do not waste your storage.
Not usable at all
The Park Güell wifi is unusable. Have to use my own data to download. App forces the camera access and if denied, the app does into an infinite loop of error and has to be deleted and redownloaded.
Not functioning
I’ll do my best to leave my (heated) emotions out of this, but truly this app was genuinely worthless. A part from taking ages to even load (connected to WiFi and also not) when it finally did load it kept disconnecting every time one would try to access the map feature. The (precious) few times it did load the audio component was as extremely short and provided very little information.
It is a shame as there is so much to see in the park and a good app would make the experience that much more amazing. The fact of the matter is multiple sites around Barcelona have functioning apps with audio components (Casa Milá, La Sagrada Familia, etc.) so it does raise the question “why is this one so inefficient?”.
One is much better off looking into YouTube for a tour guide of the park or reading up on it before hand.
TLDR: not worth it and a missed opportunity.

Terrible
Such a worthless app. If you are not going to make an app that works, just don't do it all. Map is very slow, every time you go any other app (like camera) it has to reload everything. And then GPS doesn't work.
