UPDATE: the main issue here is that YOU DO NOT NEED THIS APP. THIS APP WILL TELL YOU TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER APP. THIS APP IS OBSOLETE.

why are they still advertising this app? why is it still downloadable? after you download it, it says that this app is no longer in use and you must download ANOTHER app to purchase parking… waste of 10 valuable minutes bc that’s how long it takes to download the app, figure out if you have an account, then create an account or reset pw… JUST TO FIND OUT THIS APP IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE

Super convenient, quick, and easy to navigate. I’ve had this app for a couple of years and I recommend it to everyone.

Convenient and Sooooo Easy!!

I was able to set up my account while I was waiting for my food!! And the coolest thing... it recognizes my location and provisioned the parking spot # which I forgot in a matter of seconds bcz I was so hungry!!

This is a lot of effort to pay for park. Needs to be quicker and easier. Start with adding Apple Pay

There’s got to be a better way to do this. Standing in the street for 5 min while you download an app and fill in all the details has got to get better.

Cumbersome app to use

Terrible

This app is terrible. It always takes forever to use — even when I’m on WiFi — and it always tells me it doesn’t use the payment method I have entered ... until I enter the same payment method again. But I have to do that about five times because it never advances through the screens.

Very easy use and super fast! I was using it within seconds from downloading.

Terrible

The app would only give me a max of 30 minutes in a 2 hour parking zone, so I used change, it ate all my money and I got 2 $50 tickets. Thanks for nothing

Thank you for the feedback! Your information is used by Parking Enforcement to verify that you have made a payment to park. Parkmobile is just one of the many payment options that you have. The pay stations, meters and kiosk that you see on site are owned and maintained by the City that you are parking in and provides you with additional payment options.

Different pricing

The price on the app and at the kiosk are different. That would be understandable if it were because of convenience. However, the kiosk was not operating properly, thus forcing folks to use the app at a higher cost. As a heads up Charlotte @ college & 3rd (Lot 4556) is currently not accepting cards.

Thank you for the feedback! The pay stations, meters and kiosks are owned and maintained by the City that you are parking in and in no way are associated with Parkmobile. If you are experiencing issues with the kiosks there on site, please follow up with the Parking Authority directly. Thank you!

Horrible

App is extremely illogical. Why do you need a vehicle registered? If it’s paid for I should be able to park any car I want there. This is a total scam app.

Thank you for your feedback! The Parking Enforcement Officers in your area verify your payment by your license plate number, zone number and the space number where applicable. The officers have hand held devices that they use to match the zone number and your license plate number. This is used to measure the activity in the zone. I hope this answers your inquiry!

Unable to change the time on the app

I only wanted to park for 15 min and was unable to change the time. Also put 2 quarters in then meter stated only takes app! Called number and unable to speak with anyone! Very frustrating. Trying to get this to work for 1/2 hour now.

Too difficult!

Kicked out of app multiple times. Then you force a nickname which is taken 5 times. Come on!!! You must not really want reviews.
