HORRIBLE APP
Who developed this app?! A sadomasochist who doesn’t have a care for the person using it?! I never want to use this app, but am forced to in order to eat down town. Guess this is my last time down here!!!

So you download the app and the first screen has you enter your phone number to “get started”. The problem is that once you enter your phone number there is no button or prompt to continue. So much for paying by app I guess…

When you’re on the move, the last thing you have time for us to sit around looking for your credit card information. This app needs to be brought into modern times.
Broken and not helpful
I just read an article that over the summer the City of KC instituted $30 parking fees during events. In the article City representatives said the way to know which areas are affected is to use this app and that possibly they could send push notifications when the user is in the area.
We’ll be attending an event this week and to be prepared I downloaded the app. I can’t even get past the first screen (enter email address or phone number) even after multiple attempts. And according to the developer history tge app hasn’t been updated in more than 2 years??! This is very wrong, forcing people to use a broken app. Bad move KC.

Worst app
Terrible, broken app that doesn’t allow you to even log in, and then when you use the web version none of your credit cards are valid. The worst parking app I’ve ever used.
Worst app, Worst business
Worst app - doesn’t work, you can’t extend time, can’t easily change information. Worst people working behind it - even if you do pay, you get a warning because for some reason they can’t see that you’ve paid. But even if you do pay, they’ll find another reason to fine you to get the most money out of you.

Does not work
I entered my phone number and tap “done” expecting to receive a text with the code but nothing happens. My only option is to login with my email but I haven’t even created an account yet. You should fix the issues or shut this app down if you have given up.

Can’t even get the dang thing set up because it won’t let me enter my phone number on that screen and get the text with a code. I put my number in and click done and nothing. Terrible app. Unusable. Do better KC.

Doesn't work at all, can't get past first screen
Useless app that doesn't work at all, ask for your phone number and then it doesn't do anything and there's no way to continue. Pathetic that a city would use such a system when it's clearly defective.
Just doesn’t function
On all their street signs but won’t send a text code to sign up. Non functional.
Why do hard?
This is the most difficult parking app i have ever used. They need to look to Europe for what good looks like.
Seems like a SCAM?
I have no problem with requiring a security check and my phone number. However, they then want my PIN number? And MY security information? Seems like a SCAM? So bottom line, this is useless & untrustworthy & if the people in government are not paying attention & they selected someone in a foreign country because it was cheap only? Then all parties involved are idiots.

Can’t even get past the initial screen
There’s no enter button or arrow to advance to the next screen just “done” after you enter your phone number. This feels like a summer intern POC turned production application. A total joke.

Downloaded it twice. The first screen is enter you phone number or email, but there’s on submit button. App is so broken!!!
