It could be so much better
I hate that every couple times I go to open it. It just doesn’t open. It happens so very often and that’s very frustrating because I like to see what’s in and out of my account with my own eyes.

Recently PNB has changed policy and attempting to force members to go paperless. I can no longer look at my past statements because I request them in paper. They make enough on our money and brag how much they give away, but won’t continue to allow me online access to my past statements. REDICULOUS!

Very helpful with managing savings, bills, any loans from the bank, and even the ability to lock your card immediately upon finding out it’s missing.
Account list drop-down issue
If the box is in the middle of my screen for choosing which account to deposit my check into, I cannot get to my entire list. I have to scroll it to the top of the screen then the drop-down will be fully accessible. I have multiple accounts for businesses.

It is always crashing and locking you out or just going out and you have to wait hours to days for it to get fixed it’s ridiculous

Terrible Terrible Terrible app! Not at all user-friendly and I HOPE TO GOD ANOVE ypu never forget your password PLUS your username because it will lock you out trying to get in. So what happens when the app chooses not to save one or the other for you? You're left to make a late payment because you could not get into the app to make a payment on time and now you also have a late fee .Imagine that.

Wrong account number
I paid a bill over the phone and accidentally gave the wrong number.
The bill was cancelled and I did not know why. My other Bank would have called me and queried it.
