So easy
I was so afraid of changing banks when Park took over. Recently I have heard nightmares of another local bank changing and what the customers had to go through with that change. BUT with Park National Bank, I was able to set up my debit card, install the app and start using as well as our bills being paid just as before while all this was going on. No problems, no hiccups, everything just as before. The only difference is the color, graphics and name on the app! You can’t ask for more than that!

Unreliable App
This app sometimes does not launch and there is never a clear reason why. However, inputing the same login credentials on the website has always worked for me. This app is objectively a failure and I firmly believe that most of the 5 star reviews are bot accounts to protect this bank’s online integrity

Constant error messages telling me to call, if I wanted to call I’d call another bank and get a new account 🙄
HATE IT!!
I extremely hate this bank and I wish I would’ve never listened to my friend when she said it’s great it’s women blah blah f this bank they been screwing me since I got it .!!! And I promise they are taking money from me. There is no way I have my card locked so my car payment can come off and nothing charges to my account and my amount is $2 short than what I had in there. Didn’t use that card AT ALL because I was waiting for my car payment to be paid. And wake up then boom two dollars short with no transactions. Like what!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TO CHANGE BANKS I HATE THEM. I owe $100 in charge backs to my car payment because of some time period if u transfer from checking to savings the money doesn’t actually move until a certain time and if they charge ur account for the payment and the money IS THERE PHYSICALLY THAT UR EYE CAN SEE. But To them it TECHNICALLY didn’t transfer until a certain time it’s gonna charge cause it’s not in the account fr. Like does that make sense . I HATE YALL AND IF I MISSPELLED U KNOW WHAT I MEAN THIS PHONE AND ITS AUTOCORRECT!!

Blank notifications
This app won’t show transactions that u get from the app. U physically have to open the app to view anything and it works just fine on my watch. But not on my iPhone. I’ve tried to delete it and re install but it still won’t work.

It could be so much better
I hate that every couple times I go to open it. It just doesn’t open. It happens so very often and that’s very frustrating because I like to see what’s in and out of my account with my own eyes.

Recently PNB has changed policy and attempting to force members to go paperless. I can no longer look at my past statements because I request them in paper. They make enough on our money and brag how much they give away, but won’t continue to allow me online access to my past statements. REDICULOUS!
