I’ve been consistently very pleased with both the reliability and ease of operating the app, together with great responsiveness from customer service whenever there has been any issue
Great service
I’ve only had to try to contact them a couple of times but each time I have I’ve received a prompt response and even follow up responses from the initial one the same day. That’s not what I would expect from a parking company and am very pleasantly surprised.
Frustrating user experience
ParkChamp is frustrating to use on iPhone. The app regularly freezes, lags, and often needs a full restart. It feels under tested, with recurring Ul and performance bugs that others are experiencing too. Until stability and speed improve, it's not quite fit for purpose. Hopefully this review can lead to some additional performance evaluations. Additionally it feels like there is core functionality missing from the application such as opening parkade doors with a hands-free or text/call-to-app option. Easy to Use
I like this app. Was apprehensive at first but have been using it for some time and figured out the nuances.
Would love to be able to save favourites. I park at two places and pre book, but have to search every time. Last searches are saved but it would be nice to have favourites.
Also, the scanning of signed could be simplified. The building I park in doesn’t require scanning until you get to the arms underground. The app prompts me to scan to open the doors - I’m already inside and just scan the code on the arms and it works anyway. Same with leaving - asks me if I’m in the elevator or leaving the arms or whatever, and it doesn’t matter where so I just scan and things open… No need for confusing dialogue and pictures.
Minor tweaks but I do love the app but I’m a 6am to 6pm parker and haven’t tried it mid-day.

Billing
I had an issue with double billing on Monday of this week and it was resolved right away. I had responses from Marion and Stephanie that were timely, very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend using this parkade to colleagues and clients. Thanks for the great service! Josh

Crashing app
App constantly crashing. Wont stay open for more than a few seconds.

I find the app really easy to use. A couple minor issues but send in a text through the app and it was resolved within minutes. Highly recommend.

Would give 5 stars but…
I seem to get the worst parking stalls every time. I have a large car noted in the app but I still get the smallest, most awkward, and sometimes questionable parking stalls. There’s pillars in front of large pipes, or some kind of overhead concrete slab, or it’s in a corner which would block me in and has in the past. When I request a new stall, it’s the second worst spot, haha. I usually have to call in to get a new one because it just swaps between the two if I request a new stall. Otherwise the app is great and I’ll continue to use it.

CarPlay Please
Good app, but needs to be CarPlay compatible so one doesn’t need to use their phone.
The one-time code doesn’t work
I enter the received code and it says incorrect. Tried this multiple times already.

Best parking ever !
Living in Calgary means through the roof parking rates so I rarely got to go out to downtown and stampede for entertainment. After I discovered this app I can park downtown instead of taking transit to work everyday for the same price! Thank you ParkChamp :)

Easy app set up and great customer support
Easy app to set up and when had issue at parking lot on my first scan, customer service was able to quickly deal with the issue (photo detection on lot, scan for pmt not required) and get me on the way.
Horrible/fraud app
This parking app duplicate charge me 3 times for the same car during same time. The customer service only has authorization to refund one time and it’s partially refund. This app does not work ! Randomly charge clients! Duplicate charges.
Update :after 1 week, the app keep charge me again after couple days which I am not even in Calgary anymore. This APP has serious money fraud issues! And this APP is not able to track parking sessions and keep charging duplicate fees without client authorization. This is crazy.
