Can’t login into the app. Very poorly managed system

App not working..Constant error message upon login process..
Not good
App is garbage, will not accept existing card. Was told to redownload the app now I can’t log in with previous email. Physical card only accepted but no way to check balance on line.
Ready to cancel my card
I'm tired of it dropping my info and then I have to resubmit it. I think I'll just use my points and cancel my card and go elsewhere. This is a nuisance.
New app
Just now updated to new app after previous version stopped working. I didn’t even know that the new app even existed until I went to the App Store to see if there was a new version.
